ELGIN PARENT CO-OP SCHOOL
A not-for-profit, parent owned, parent run, play based cooperative school established in 1970. It is located in the lower level of the First Presbyterian Church of Elgin; however, it is not church affiliated. The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services certifies and licenses the school for three to six year old children. Furthermore, this is a school for parents who believe in their role as teachers and wish to stay involved in their children's lives as they begin their educational experience.
